| Dr. Harirforoosh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at East Tennessee State University, Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy. He coordinates and teaches. Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacogenomics and teaches portions of Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics course. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (Tehran, Iran) in 1991, and his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmacokinetics) in 2005 from the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Canada). He served as a research assistant and a postdoctoral fellow at the Pulmonary Research Group, University of Alberta from June 2005 to May 2006. He is also a registered pharmacist with the Alberta College of Pharmacists. Dr. Harirforoosh is a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, American College of Clinical Pharmacology, and American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics. |
| Dustin Cooper has been admitted to the PhD program in Biomedical Sciences with Pharmaceutical Sciences Concentration beginning in fall 2011. Dustin Cooper completed his B.S. degree in Dietetics at Eastern Kentucky University and received his M.S. in Nutritional Science from University of Kentucky. |
| Derek Murrell completed his B.A. Degree in Biology (Summa Cum Laude) from Tusculum College in Greeneville, TN. He was admitted to the PhD program in Biomedical Sciences with Pharmaceutical Sciences Concentration in fall 2012. |
